Iron powder is generated inside drive units such as transmissions and differentials, as well as inside the engine. Premag db is an item that efficiently absorbs and collects this iron powder, an unwanted product in automobiles! Premag db is a small defender that keeps the oil in the engine, which lubricates at high temperatures, in optimal condition at all times, preventing trouble.
Heat-resistant temperature
During sports driving at temperatures up to 180°C, the engine interior is constantly exposed to high temperatures, causing the magnet to lose its magnetic force. Premag db uses special steel that can withstand temperatures up to 180°C, so it has high heat resistance that prevents the magnet from losing its magnetic force and even falling off.
Strong magnetic force
3500 to 4300 Gauss Premag db uses a powerful neodymium magnet with a high magnetic force of 3500 to 4300 Gauss depending on the size. This strong magnetic force does not let impurities (mainly iron powder) escape even at high temperatures.
Attention to materials
Premag db uses steel material to ensure the strength of the screw part, and the magnet adheres to the bolt itself to prevent it from falling off. In addition, the surface is treated with white chromate to prevent corrosion.
